What You Need Before You Start

Step-by-Step: Setting Up Canva AI 2.0 Instagram Automation
Step 1: Access the AI Content Agent
Open Canva Pro. In the left sidebar, click Create then select AI Content Agent from the dropdown. If you don’t see it yet, go to your account settings and check that your Pro plan is active β the feature is rolling out to all Pro accounts through April 2026.
Once inside, you’ll see a setup wizard. This is where everything gets configured.
Step 2: Connect Your Brand Kit

Step 4: Set Your Posting Schedule
